Roslan Abdul Razak is recognized by the Asia HRD Congress for his pioneering efforts in Corporate Culture Transformation that bonds people to drive performance in organizations. He was awarded the prestigious Outstanding Contribution to the HR Community by the Congress in 2008 in Jakarta, Indonesia. His vision for people development, firm belief, dedication, and drive in creating a strong corporate team management and performance culture led him to pioneer several key corporate team management and leadership transformation programs including Corporate Team Based Culture, Performance Driven Culture, Performance Excellence Culture, Corporate Voyage of Excellence, Senior Management Development Young Managers Development, Executive Development, Supervisory Development, Staff Development and MIND SERIES programmes. The last three decades saw more than 30,000 alumni many of whom were Board Chairman, President and CEO’s, Company Directors, EVP, SVP, VP, Managers, Supervisors, Staff, Workers, Footballers in the government, corporate sector and Professional Football Clubs. Upon graduating from UPM in 1974 he joined the FOA, Ministry of Agriculture and subsequently left for Louisiana State and Mississippi State Universities USA to do post graduate studies in Agriculture and Education. In June, 1984 he moved to the NSTP Berhad as Training and Welfare Manager. In June 1989, he was aboard Sime Darby Group as Manager – Manpower Planning and Development with career development rotation to Sime UEP Properties, and Sime Darby Plantation. He headed the Group Human Resource Development Department and pioneered the Sime Darby Business School more than 20 years. His last position was Vice President and Head – Corporate Culture Transformation specializing in post merger corporate culture transformation training strategies and training programme implementation in Sime Darby Group. He held Board and Advisory positions at Yayasan UEM, former member Advisory Board for INTAN, Northern Region and Company Chairmanship, Directorships, Consulting Associates, Lecturer MBA Programme – the ACCASB recognized Putra Business School, UPM at Sime Darby and other Companies in Malaysia.
